We Beheld His Glory - Volume 2

Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

About this book

Through John 10–21, Austin-Sparks traces the revelation of Christ’s glory as God’s life forms a corporate people, from the flock and vine to the scattered disciples gathered by the risen Shepherd. He explores the troubled heart, the Spirit’s coming, Christ’s prayer, cross, and resurrection, calling readers to leave earthly expectations and know a living, inward union with Christ that bears fruit for the Father’s glory. Meditations in John's Gospel.
