Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

“The Testimony and Its Vessel Unto the Time of the End” reads Daniel’s visions not merely as prophecy, but as a spiritual pattern of God’s rule through a faithful vessel amid hostile world powers. It connects Daniel and his companions with the Church and the letter to the Ephesians, calling believers to live in moral faithfulness and unity with Christ so that God’s heavenly purpose may be expressed through them. The Abiding Message of the Book of Daniel First published in "A Witness and A Testimony" magazines, 1933.
