The Stewardship of the Mystery - Volume 1

Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

About this book

Beginning with Ephesians 1:10 and God’s purpose to sum up all things in Christ, these messages trace Christ as the Heavenly Man, the revelation of God’s glory and the ordained answer to the fallen order in Adam. They consider how His life and Word shape the Church as His corporate expression, calling readers to leave natural ground, know Christ more fully, and grow into His likeness. From the original, unabridged writings of T. Austin-Sparks.
