The Rule of the Heavens

The Rule of the Heavens

Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

About this book

“The Rule of the Heavens” opens with Daniel’s declaration that the heavens rule, then traces God’s rights in Christ through the four Gospels and explores the heavenly order as spiritual reality, universal purpose, sovereignty, and spirituality. It calls readers to look beyond outward forms and human measures, receive the Spirit’s understanding, and live under God’s rule in Christ. From "A Witness and A Testimony" magazines, 1931.
