Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

“The Holy Spirit in Relation to the Glorified Christ and the Believer” considers the Spirit’s work in bringing the glorified Christ into view through truth, power, and inward experience. Opening with Jesus’ words in John 16 and 7, it warns against seeking spiritual experience for its own sake and traces the Spirit’s purpose in joining believers to Christ, revealing the Father’s heart, and conforming them to Christ’s image. It calls readers to seek the Spirit’s work as a manifestation of Christ and a life of God-given love. First published in "A Witness and A Testimony" magazines, 1932, Volume 10-3 - 10-4.
