Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

Drawing on Paul’s phrases “the gospel of the glory,” “the gospel of your salvation,” and “the mystery of the gospel,” these messages explore God’s purpose in Christ and the glory that expresses His nature. From the Sabbath and Jubilee to Zion and the Church, they call readers to embody God’s fuller intention for His people, bearing a testimony of Divine life triumphant over death. First published in "A Witness and A Testimony" magazines, 1950-51, Vol 28-1 - 29-1.
