The Cherubim in Relation to Life and Service

Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

About this book

Beginning with praise before victory in 2 Chronicles 20, Austin-Sparks turns to the cherubim, the living ones, and Ezekiel’s vision to trace God’s purposes for life, fellowship, and service. He presents Christ as the way into God’s presence and the source of life, and the church as called to learn Christ, share in God’s work, and live under His rule.
