Spiritual Fruitfulness

Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

About this book

Opening with the parable of the sower in Matthew 13, Austin-Sparks presents spiritual fruitfulness as Christ, through the Word and Spirit, finding increase in believers. He traces the change from outward conformity to inward transformation, considers the veil removed through Christ and the greatness of salvation, and calls readers to live continually under the Holy Spirit’s inward government, growing into the fulness of God’s purpose.
