Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

“Overcomer Testimony” traces the biblical remnant and the overcomers, from Abel and Enoch to the company in Revelation, and explores their nature as a people formed by resurrection life and held together in vital union. Opening with Isaiah and Romans, it calls readers to pursue with Paul the prize of the on-high calling in Christ Jesus, seeking God’s fullness in Christ rather than settling for partial things. First published in "A Witness and A Testimony" magazines, 1945-46.
