Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

“Into the Mind of God” opens with the biblical image of the potter and the vessel, presenting God’s people as clay shaped to express His purpose. Austin-Sparks traces that purpose from Israel to the Church, whose pattern is Christ and whose members are formed through God’s dealings into His Son’s image. The chapters call readers to yield to the Potter’s work and share in the unity and eternal calling of His people. First published in "A Witness and A Testimony" magazines, 1965. (The following is a series of morning messages given at the 1964 conference in Switzerland.).
