Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

Beginning with Ezekiel’s vision of the Man on the throne and ending with the city named “The Lord is There,” these chapters connect Ezekiel with Ephesians to show God’s purpose in Christ: a people who bear His testimony and share His glory. They call readers to recover a clear sense of that purpose, heed the Holy Spirit’s authority, and make the Lord’s presence the criterion for life and service. First published in "A Witness and A Testimony" magazines, 1961-62.
