God's New Israel

Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

About this book

“God’s New Israel” opens with the prophetic question “What seest thou?” and presents spiritual sight as vital to God’s people and their destiny. It traces Israel’s hope to the Messiah, Jesus Christ, and describes the Church as a people called from the nations, marked by inward separation from the flesh and grounded in God’s covenant. The promised inheritance calls believers to pursue God’s purpose with faithfulness. Messages at the conference in Aeschi (Switzerland) 1969. First published in "A Witness and A Testimony" magazines, 1969-1970.
