Features of Zion

Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

About this book

Beginning with Psalm 48’s vision of Zion, and the New Testament’s identification of its foundation as Jesus Christ, Austin-Sparks considers Christ’s stability, triumph, indestructible life, and preciousness in His people. He then traces divine glory from its initiation and hidden operation to its final manifestation, calling believers to be grounded in Christ and to share the life and glory of God’s spiritual house.
