Divine Life - Life in Christ

Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

About this book

“Divine Life - Life in Christ” traces the movement from the Spirit’s life within the believer to rivers of living water flowing out to others, opening with Jesus’ words at the Feast of Tabernacles in John 7. It then presents the feasts of Passover, Pentecost, and Tabernacles as a pattern of death, resurrection, and heavenly life, calling readers to reckon everything from Christ’s resurrection and live by the Spirit.
