Christ Our All

Theodore Austin-Sparks (1888–1971) was a British evangelist and author. Born in London, he became a Christian at seventeen while listening to street-preachers in Glasgow, and was ordained a Baptist minister at twenty-four. In 1926 he left the denomination and, with like-minded Christians, founded a conference and training centre at Honor Oak in south-east London. From there he published the free magazine "A Witness and A Testimony" until his death, and his conference ministry took him across Europe, North America and Asia. He asked that his messages be shared freely and word for word. Source: Wikipedia (summarized; CC BY-SA)

About this book

“Christ Our All” follows Philippians to show how the Cross makes Christ the believer’s life, mind, and all-dominating object and prize. Beginning with Paul’s confession, “For to me to live is Christ,” it traces the Cross’s work in shaping a self-giving mind and drawing believers into unity. It calls readers to count earthly interests as loss, pursue the fullness of Christ, and let Him govern their shared life. From "A Witness and A Testimony" magazines, 1968-1969 (Volumes 46-5 - 47-2). Austin-Sparks.Net also has another version of this book: Christ Our All (1935).
