About this book

Andrew Murray's small classic on humility, first published in 1895. Murray calls humility the root virtue, the place of entire dependence on God from which every other grace grows, and shows it in the life of Jesus, in the teaching of Scripture, and in the daily relations of believers. Brief, searching, and often quoted, it rewards slow reading.
