About this book

Penn-Lewis distinguishes the human spirit, soul, and body through Hebrews 4:12 and other Scriptures, arguing that believers can mistake the activity of the soul for the work of God’s Spirit. She contrasts carnal, soulish, and spiritual Christians, then warns that psychic powers and spiritual counterfeits threaten the Church in the last days. The reader is called to discern these influences through God’s Word and live under the Spirit’s direction.
